On Wednesdays at 11am, the beginner course which filters into other existing classes running in the area local to Diss.
Also on Wednesday at 12pm another Pilates Mixed Ability class.
With free parking available on site, the church is a short 10 minute walk from the centre of Diss.

Pilates classes have moved to the new Roman Catholic church. There are other Pilates Diss Corn hall classes
on Mondays 9.15am,10.20am, and11.30am at Diss United Reformed Church.
