Cadillac - private sessions and duets with a friend, near Diss
The Cadillac, also known as the 'Trapeze Table' or 'Trap' is an extremely versatile piece of Pilates studio equipment. The Cadillac can facilitate many Pilates mat based exercises, increasing body awareness through the application of resistance in a closed chain environment.
The Cadillac aids the identification of muscle imbalances and faulty biomechanics. The variable resistance it provides helps to strengthen and mobilise clients.
Both the session format and the exercises are tailored to suit your needs and objectives.

Studio equipment private sessions are £45 for an hour.
Studio duet sessions are £60 for the hour.
