We use breathing techniques to coordinate movements, helping you to relax and mobilise parts of your body which may not otherwise be used, helping to release tension.

 

Pilates improves concentration, and coordination - so you're ready to get back to it!

Pilates live online 

Online Pilates live helps you move, from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the country. It saves travel time, and you can even join during your holiday - its both convenient and green! 

Private or duet sessions are also available online.

You will need an iPad, Laptop or other device with camera and sound with connection to the internet, and suitable space, free from distractions, to lie on a mat or thick towel and move freely.

Ideally lit from the front or side, to give me the best view to feedback as you move.

Live Online Private or Duet Sessions


Private Pilates sessions are tailored to the individual or couple of clients and involve dedicated time training towards specific goals or ambitions.


Private sessions can be useful when returning to training after an injury or medical condition, or where there is a specific requirement that benefits from individual attention.


New clients can have an introductory private session or a short course if required, to cover the basic movements before joining a specific Pilates class. 


They can be individual sessions or duet sessions for a couple, regular private session slots are available.
